ComplianceGenie Privacy Policy

ComplianceGenie (portal.compliancegenie.cloudservesystems.com) is a compliance automation platform operated by Cloudserve Systems Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains how we handle your data, including data received from Google APIs.

ComplianceGenie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Google user data we access

When a Google Workspace admin connects their domain, we get read-only access (Admin SDK Directory API) to: users' names, email addresses, account status, admin roles, 2-Step Verification status, last sign-in time, groups and group membership, and domain names. We do not access emails, Drive files, calendars or any other content, and we cannot change anything in your Google account.

2. How we use it

Only to run compliance checks (e.g. MFA coverage, inactive accounts, admin access) and show the results and audit evidence in your ComplianceGenie dashboard. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models.

3. Sharing

Results are visible only to users of your own ComplianceGenie account. We use Microsoft Azure to host the service. We do not share Google user data with any other third party, except where required by law.

4. Data protection

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Google access tokens are encrypted and used only by our servers. Access is limited by role and to staff who need it to run the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep check results while your subscription is active. You can disconnect Google Workspace in ComplianceGenie or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete stored tokens immediately and delete your Google user data within 30 days. You can request deletion anytime by emailing us.

6. Other data

We also store user account details (name, email, role) and files you upload, used only to provide the service. We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in.

7. Changes and contact
